Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy The Nurse Shark Academy 1. Booking Policy All coaching and consulting sessions must be scheduled in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting The Nurse Shark Academy directly. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your session. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered a missed session and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. No refunds will be issued for canceled, missed, or unused sessions. 3. No Refunds All payments for coaching and consulting services are non-refundable. By purchasing services from The Nurse Shark Academy, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. 4. Individual Results May Vary The Nurse Shark Academy makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any coaching or consulting services. Individual progress and results may vary based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, individual effort, market conditions, and implementation of strategies. 5. No Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice All information and services provided by The Nurse Shark Academy are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Clients are advised to consult with their respective licensed professionals for such services. 6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared personal, business, and proprietary information during and after the coaching relationship. No information will be shared with third parties without written consent, unless required by law. 7. Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located within Indiana. 8. Mutual Indemnification Both The Nurse Shark Academy and the client agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of the performance of this agreement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
